Human being make mistakes nor technology and when my mail sent out to another party he/she can understood why you have to bother so much. I REALLY HATE IT when you forward your mail to someone else to follow up, still clarify this & that. If you have no confident on us, please DON'T forward your mail to us. HATE! HATE! HATE!
