Complaint Letter

Dear Voon,

I would like to file a complaint with regards to the food & service provided by your Company .
I have ordered thru BBQ wholesales for a BBQ held last sunday (14Jan2007), food was to be delivered to Downtown East at Pasir Ris .

Food was delivered to me at around 4.30pm , however my nightmare started after receiving the food from your delivery man. All the food was frozen including ketupat & also the food was kept inside a foam box which actually i could have saved $3 if i do not want the box, however the deliveryman said that there is no plastic bag provided to contain the food therefore we got no choice but to pay for the foam box.

I would need your Company to give me an explanation on what could have been done & avoided to prevent such incident from happening in future.

Main Points :
Food was so frozen that unable to bbq, need to wait for food to thaw for around 2hours, imagine all your guest have to wait for the food to thaw it was indeed a disgrace for a important event held .
Delivery man attitude was so bad, even though he is just a part-timer but he is paid to do his job & got to show the best imagine of the Company , how could he just slam down my phone when i called him .By employing such worker, it is actually reflecting badly on the Company image .
Lastly, have actually spoken to your office girl by the name of Erni with regards to this unhappy incident however all she replied me was thanks for the feedback , what an answer given to me.
Please look seriously into this matter as this event was totally ruined because of above .
I would appreciate if you could revert back to me on this matter asap .
