This morning wake up nose block & having sore throat, very difficult to breathe.

Feeling moody, dont feel like talking, went to office downstair see doctor so many people inside e clinic, register and wait, clinic reception girl ask me go back 1 hours time.

Zilah ask what happen to me, didnt hear my voice, Oh... me having sore throat difficult to talk, nose block cant breathe. She took out a bottle of honey ask me to mix with water to drink. smoother.
