Badly Scalded
Learn how to fried Lian Gao with my aunt on Saturday.
Sunday at home, decide to try out myself.

heat the pan, pour some oil.
Done..Done..Done... can start frying.
when turning of the lian gao, out of sudden the oil splashed.
OUCH!!! OMG!!! SO PAINFUL!!!
The Lain Gao was not successfully cooked, everything throw away.
IN RETURN GET PAINFUL!!!
Left and Right finger all splashed by oil.
Went to see doctor on next day, Not because scald, I'm not feeling well.
I ask doctor , can I have some scald cream
He say why? I have SCALDED all my finger, the bigger one on my plum, I show it to him.
He shouted OMG... must be very painful. OF COURSE!
He wanted to laugh, when I show all the SCALDED finger to him, I was thinking,
maybe I'm the first lady to SCALD all the finger when doing cooking.
FATED! only can use OVEN.. Chen Xiu sure laugh, she always say I only know pong ge sai.
